I have actually found information about an animal that has pinhole eyes!!!
It is the Nautilus from the cephalopod family. Their eye structure is highly developed but lacks a solid lens. They have a simple ''pinhole'' lens through which water can pass!
I find this absolutely fascinating, and wonder if their way of seeing is closer to a pinhole camera compared to our way of seeing.

Recently, most of my images have been taken with my giant 360 degree pinhole camera, which has six different pinholes. The exposure times and the amount of holes I expose, create a variety in my images. This makes them less predictable and always keeps me intrigued as to how the images will appear after developing them. I would like to say that ever since I discovered pinhole photography and its amazing abilities, I have become hooked. |
